Wastewater
Lloyds Drainage is the Marlborough agent for Oasis Clearwater wastewater systems. These are leading residential systems designed and built by Humes in New Zealand.
The long-life systems are built on multi-chamber aeration technology, which the wastewater gradually flows through to allow safe drip irrigation to a disposal area on your property. The benefit of choosing an Oasis Clearwater system are the minimal odours and highly reliable proven design with low running and maintenance costs. In 2016 the Oasis Clearwater technology was certified as meeting the standards required in the AS/NZS 1547:2012 by the On-site Effluent Treatment National Testing Programme.
Numerous system sizes of the Oasis Clearwater are available; these sizes can manage wastewater for rural dwellings from 1 bedroom to 6 bedrooms (or the equivalent of 14 people). We hold stock of the varying system sizes on-site in Marlborough for installation.
With our experience in earthworks and drainage, we can offer you a complete installation package of these systems and provide recommendations on who to work with to comply with the Marlborough District Council requirements before installation. We then offer ongoing servicing to ensure continued compliance with any council conditions.
Wastewater Servicing (Oasis Clearwater)
As well as installing the Oasis Clearwater wastewater systems, our team also service these systems in Marlborough and the Marlborough Sounds. As the certified agent, we keep a sufficient amount of spare pumps and parts in our yard to ensure that if anything needs replacing, we can do so quickly and without stress. Our fully trained service staff undertake this work, including flushing, seal, pipe and dripline replacement, pump replacement, aerator maintenance and replacement, troubleshooting system issues and providing advice on running your wastewater system correctly. We can also retrofit existing sub-par and uncompliant systems with Oasis Clearwater technology.
